United Compounding Industrial Company (UCIC) established in 2013 is one of the largest and modern compounding production companies in the Middle East with Polyca-SA being the commercial brand name of its produced compounds.
Our plant is located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Jeddah II Industrial Area) with proposed capacity of 200,000 TPA which will be executed in two phases (Phase 1 has a designed capacity of 100,000 TPA, and Phase 2 will have an additional capacity of 100,000 TPA).
Phase 1 is currently in the design stage (elaborate on the current status of Phase 1 and when do expect to commission it)
The plant is export-oriented with production comprising of highly filled grades of high quality calcium carbonate (CaCO3) in polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) base polymer compositions. Additional grades will be introduced in due course as per market demand.
CaCO3 concentrates are targeted to be used for enhanced performance and cost reduction for many plastic applications i.e. film, molding and extrusion applications, primarily in conjunction with PE and PP. Our CaCO3 mix has an economical advantage that mitigates the high production cost of plastic which will enhance the profitability margin of our clients.
Our objective is to focus on the highest growing plastic segments in key markets which would allow our plant to operate at highest capacity while providing POLYCASA with a unique cost advantage to compete and generate best return on investment.
